Custom digital work

Because custom design work is created for a specific client, refunds should be evaluated according to the stage of the project, the work already completed and the terms agreed before the order begins.

Before design begins

If a project is cancelled before work begins, any refund or cancellation handling should follow the payment platform's rules and the written agreement between the client and designer.

After work begins

Once concepts, custom artwork or animation work has started, the value of completed work may be deducted from any eligible refund where permitted by applicable law and the agreed order terms.

Revision requests

A revision request within the agreed scope is normally handled as a project revision rather than a refund request.
